 15-DAY RETURN POLICY We want you to love your Lumibubs lamp. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition
  • unused and in original packaging 
  •  Proof of purchase required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Items returned after 15 days 
  • Gift cards

 

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us at support@lumibubs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2.  We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days 
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service 
  4. Once received and inspected we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is faulty

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not permitted.

EU CUSTOMERS — 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
