FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 to the US and EU.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES
- United States: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak holiday seasons (November–December).

TRACKED SHIPPING
All Lumibubs orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

HOLIDAY ORDERS
Orders placed before December 10th are guaranteed to arrive by December 24th for standard destinations. We recommend ordering early during the holiday season.

ORDER TRACKING
Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email at 17track.net or directly through your local postal service.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lumibubs is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events or postal service disruptions.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lumibubs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
